FAQs

How long are the sessions?

A typical session runs about 1 hour long. There are exceptions to every program, but our high intensity workouts are designed to challenge each athlete to reach their fitness goals within that amount of time.

Do you do drop-ins?

While we don’t do drop-ins, we do have a trial workout where you can see if the group workouts are the right fit for you. Because we design every session specifically to the goals of our athletes, it’s important to know each athlete that is coming in that day and their goals.

Can i cancel any time?

Our policy is month-to-month commitments. This allows us to buildout a workout program that best suits each athlete. If, for some reason, you’re wanting to discontinue your training with us, we do require a 30 day notice so our program can adjust accordingly. ETC is designed with the athlete in mind. Before any commitment is made, our focus is to design a program specifically for each athlete. This type of intentionality does take time and strategy. Hopefully all doubts are removed over our consultation.

I’m really out of shape, do i have to be in shape to start?

Absolutely not. While the E in “ETC” stands for “Elite” the “ETC” also stands for “etcetera” meaning we are open to the other needs of an athlete, including getting back in shape or feeling strong again.

Do you do personal training?

Yes! We offer personal training at our Medford facility for Middle school and up. These are case-by-case basis and a consultation is required to discover fitness goals and scheduling strategy to help achieve those goals.

What makes etc the best place for my fitness goals?

Point blank. We’ve been there. We’re high level athletes that know what it’s like to need the support and expertise to reach the goals we’ve set out for ourselves. This isn’t just physical; it’s mental and psychological as well. We care about the whole athlete. Our metrics stretch beyond 40 times and lifting heavy. We push, we challenge, but we also care deeply about how the athlete is doing on a personal level.

We don’t just train, we’re involved. We go to games and see what the athlete is lacking and design a regimen to fill those needs.
